Congratulations, Rosalind Davis, CDM, CFPP!
Rosalind Davis, CDM, CFPP was born in San Antonio, TX. She knew she wanted to work in foodservice when she received an easy bake oven for Christmas when she was eight years old. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Institutional Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1989. Rosalind has been a CDM, CFPP for 32 years. Prior to her retirement in January 2022, she worked as a Nutrition Counselor for the Women, Infant, Children, Feeding Supplemental Food Program for the Lake County Health Department in Lake County, IL for 22 years
Rosalind is an active member of the Illinois chapter of ANFP, and her vision for the chapter is a team effort to help train and work on a succession plan so that IL ANFP will always flourish. She is a proud community volunteer, serving as Secretary for England Manor – African American Museum in Waukegan, IL. She also works as a mentor for Allendale Boys in Lake Villa, IL.
