Career Reflections: Richard Nickless, CEC, CCA, AAC, CDM, CFPP

Career Reflections is a new series that focuses on ANFP members as they reflect on their foodservice story. The first episode features ANFP Chair Richard “Nick” Nickless, CEC, CCA, AAC, CDM, CFPP. Richard is the Chef/Supply & Services Director for DDSN Coastal Center and is currently the ANFP Chair. He has been in the foodservice industry for more than 40 years.
