Each CDM, CFPP has a special relationship with the credential as well as an interesting story about how they began working in foodservice and what made them obtain their CDM, CFPP certification. The early career CDM, CFPP series interviews those individuals who have recently earned their CDM, CFPP.  This video features Ann Herradura, CDM, CFPP, who is the Food Service Director at Greek American Rehabilitation and Care Centre in Wheeling, Illinois. She has been in the industry for five years, with one year of CDM, CFPP certification.
