Each CDM, CFPP has a special relationship with the credential as well as an interesting story about how they began working in foodservice and what made them obtain their CDM, CFPP certification. The early career CDM, CFPP series interviews those individuals who have recently earned their CDM, CFPP.  This video features Michelle Smith, CDM, CFPP, who is the Director of Nutrition Services at Newman Regional Health Hospital in Emporia, KS. She has been a member of ANFP and a CDM, CFPP since 2024.
