Each CDM, CFPP has a special relationship with the credential as well as an interesting story about how they began working in foodservice and what made them obtain their CDM, CFPP certification. The early career CDM, CFPP series interviews those individuals who have recently earned their CDM, CFPP.  This video features Khalan Pendelton, CDM, CFPP, who is the Director of Culinary Experience at New Standard Senior Living in Hammonton, NJ. He has been a member of ANFP since 2020 and a CDM, CFPP since 2021.
