Continuing Competence: Fostering Your Professional Growth

All CDM, CFPPs must maintain their credential with continuing education (CE) hours, however, continuing competence is an accrediting element of the CDM, CFPP Certification Program. Showing competence in the content areas of your job helps to foster professional growth. In this session, attendees will look closely at lifelong learning and discover their learning mindset. In addition attendees will review the credentialing process and how it relates to continuing competence, in addition to tools available to utilize with identifying any gaps.
